Anthony Bandiero, JD, ALM, CPM

Anthony is a retired law enforcement officer with experience as both a municipal police officer and sergeant with a state police agency. Anthony has studied constitutional law for over twenty years and has trained countless police officers in advanced search and seizure.

Anne Kelleher, JD, MA

Anne Kelleher spent twelve years with the Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office, a privilege that provided Anne a broad area of experience in Law Enforcement, Community Engagement, and Training and Mentorship. As a field training officer and supervisor, as well as one of the department’s use of force and Taser instructors, Anne was involved in training nearly every deputy who worked for the department during her career.

In addition to her Juris Doctor University of Idaho in 2014, Anne also received Bachelors of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology and a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Washington State University. During her time at Washington State Anne taught several undergraduate classes and worked as the academic advisor for the Criminal Justice Undergraduate program. Additionally, she served as an adjunct professor at Concordia Law and of Criminal Justice at University of Idaho, teaching introduction to Criminal Justice, Criminal Justice Organizations, and Comparative Criminal Justice classes.
